300-1 Blue fabric filler (nitrate) used after cloth is tautened. Coating penetrates the weave and bonds to the cloth, completely surrounding and ecapsulating each individual strand. This is the first coat applied to the fabric after ironing. Reduce with #132 Retarding Thinner only. Thinning ratio is 1:1. May be applied with short nap roller. Gallon.
